Dust Collectors

Dust Collectors are commonly used in industrial settings in order to control air pollution. These machines keep the worker safe and the environment clean everywhere from shipyards to fracking sites.  All our units come with the optional upgrade to HEPA rated filters for the cleanest air possible. We offer both trailer- and skid mounted systems (as well as multiple lines of both) for rental.

Grit Recycling Systems

Grit Recycling Systems are used to prepare industrial surfaces for painting by grit or sand blasting methods. These machines are available in a range of models, including with upgraded HEPA rated filters, to keep the worker safe and the environment clean everywhere from shipyards to bridge maintenance sites. We offer both trailer- and skid mounted systems (as well as multiple lines of both) for rental.

Pull-Thru Classifiers

Our new compact design cleans, screens, and performs magnetic separation in one pass. The Power screen and optional Magnet Drum can operate off compressed air or DC electric from vacuum​. These units come with an optional access platform, Double Dump discharge valve (to load into sacks or dumpsters) and Puke transfer (to transfer recycled grit into storage hoppers or blast pots).  

Hopper Skids

ADI Hopper Skids come in 6, 8, 10, 12, and 32 (Shipyard) ton models, as well as optional double chambered models for continuous blast. They also include remote choke/blowdown controls on the panel using a 3-wire or exclusive 4-wire/5-wire Deadman switch, integrated LED blast lights, and can be trailer or skid mounted.

Transfer Vessels

Our transfer vessels are designed with a cone bottom vessel for even transfer, with sizes and power ranging from 18" to 96", 1.5 cubic feet to 1800 cubic feet, 175 psi pressure rating.​ ADI transfer vessels operate as low and high pressures, up to 150 PSI, and transfers up to 250 lbs. per cubic foot density of steel abrasive.

Vacuum Systems

We rent trailer and skid mounted industrial vacuum systems that range from 2300 to 5200 CFM with up to 27” mercury available. Our vacuums also include oversized Cummins engine with onboard air compressor, 12-24 VDC control package filter pulsing system with diesel engine control, and 450-1000 sq. ft. filter media area depending on CFM.
